With the new phase 1 China-USA trade pact signed, 25% tariffs still remain intact on our products. We are hoping some day these will get reverted but nothing new in the horizon according to latest reports.
Having the coronavirus pandemic affecting everyone in the world, it has dramatically impacted our business. Due to new regulations to prevent the spread, the Chinese government has prevented our factory in China to achieve its full 100% capacity. It is currently running at 25% capacity at this time and there is no information on when the factory will reach its full limits. In addition, this has impacted all manufacturing and we see it will eventually trickle down to everyone and its end users.
Due to these issues around the world, it has already taken a toll on our company. We will issue a furlough starting March 1st, 2020. Our new business hours will now be from 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday through Friday. If there are any urgent inquiries or concerns, please contact us during those hours. We will continue to check our e-mails and continue our best to answer and fulfill any inquiries that our customers may have.
